We were invited by the Organization for Global Policy & Dialogue to run a workshop for youth change-makers from 40+ nationalities in Madrid, Spain.
The topic? Culture & Politics: Reframing Leadership.
So of course, of course, we started with dabke… Why dabke? Because nothing teaches you politics and cultural fluency like moving together as a unit when you’re not ready, when you’re as different as 40+ nationalities in one room, when you move as collective political action, when you adapt to differences in real time. And that’s politics, just with a little more rhythm.
